At Ditec Comunicaciones we have led the project focused on updating the audiovisual system of the divisible training rooms of the Federation of Health and Social and Health Sectors of CCOO. The need for a versatile system that would allow all both in-person and remote training led to the implementation of a comprehensive solution that combined cutting-edge technology with existing traditional systems.

Divisible training rooms, FYSA CCOO
The project began with audio capture, for which cutting-edge equipment was integrated into the pre-existing conference system, including the innovative SHURE tabletop microphone. This new system guarantees optimal sound capture in any configuration, providing an impeccable audio experience. For optimal audio processing, the advanced TESIRA processor was implemented, optimizing sound quality and allowing intuitive management of multiple audio sources.
Regarding visual capture, AVer PTZ cameras were installed, capable of recording and transmitting the training sessions in high definition, providing an immersive experience for both in-person attendees and remote participants. The image quality guarantees effective interaction for both modalities.
For smooth and reliable transmission of audiovisual content and video conferences, the Barco CX30 wireless system was incorporated. This solution ensures uninterrupted connectivity, facilitating communication among participants.
The management of the input and output video signals was carried out through the BLUSTREAM HDMI 4K matrix, ensuring high quality transmission and optimal signal distribution. Likewise, the recording of the video and audio sessions was optimized using the efficient EPIPHAN Pearl Nano recorder.
To achieve complete management and control of the rooms, at Ditec Comunicaciones we implement the EXTRON control system, which allows an effective partition of the training areas and centralizes the management of all elements of the audiovisual system. Each classroom is equipped with a TLP PRO touch management panel, providing an intuitive and effective interface.
