This new meeting room, integrated by Ditec Comunicaciones, represents a significant advance in the application of technology in meeting spaces. By providing modern and efficient tools, Ditec seeks to improve the productivity and effectiveness of meetings, as well as provide a more comfortable and dynamic experience for all participants.
Technological optimization in the Board Room
Ditec Comunicaciones has carried out the integration and technological optimization of the new Board Room of an important administrative and permanent institution, as a necessity to modernize its audiovisual facilities. This new room is equipped with the Bosch Dicentis conference and voting system, with the purpose of improving the efficiency and experience of meetings at the institution. Each conference unit is equipped with a touch screen that facilitates the voting process and reduces the possibility of errors or mistakes. This feature is especially valuable during meetings where significant issues are discussed and precise, agile decision-making is required. Through the desks, you can also view the results of the votes taken and those in progress.
The system also includes an automatic speaker tracking feature via video. When you press one of the microphones to speak, one of the 4 Avonic robotic cameras automatically focuses on the person speaking and displays them on the screen. This ensures that visual attention is appropriately directed towards the speaker at all times, improving communication and interaction with users connected remotely via video conferencing.
In the center of the meeting room, there are 4 70” UHD Philips LED screens installed in a wedge format. These screens allow a clear display of the content presented during meetings, voting results and remote participants in videoconference. With the aim of centralized management of all audiovisual elements, an Extron control system with a 7” touch screen has been integrated. Easy handling and operational efficiency are facilitated through the panel’s customized control interface.
