Ditec provides a new solution focused on recording lectures, presentations, speeches, or meetings easily and automatically.
The solution consists of a camera, a microphone, a computer (for ppt presentations), and our HD Live recorder/encoder equipment, which allows the 3 elements to be captured and packaged in real time. The result is the recording in the form of a video file capsule (in the desired format, .mp4, .avi, .mov, .real media player, etc.) that can be delivered in a Pendrive once the recording is finished to the same speaker or client. This recording will be sent by Wetransfer or posted on an online platform to be viewed later.
With this solution, the recording of presentations for training meetings is achieved for all those people, companies, or official schools that want to have these presentations for educational use, such as exam preparation, training, evaluations, or other types of presentations.
Of course, they can be linked to existing platforms where users log in with an associate, doctor, engineer, etc. number, and the videos, once seen, can answer questionnaires for courses or exams.
Webinars via Live Streaming
The solution also allows, in the case of an auditorium, a meeting room, or a training room with internet access, streaming that could be broadcasted live and be used as a webinar.
In the event that people want to ask the person who is giving the presentation a question, the system has an email and chat module in case they want to ask anything live.
There is also the possibility of live voting for formations, voting to choose finalists, and being able to see the most votes. In addition, the system can be linked to our live interactive voting system via mobile devices, a unique solution that allows live voting for all types of events and cases.
