Meeting Room Integration in Prague
Ditec Communications, within its comprehensive portfolio of clients, is a technological partner of one of the world’s leading multinationals in the Medical-Hospital sector, specializing in plasma-derived medicines and transfusion medicine.
This multinational company operates in more than 30 countries, has different production plants worldwide, and is growing continuously. On this occasion, they needed to carry out a project to equip the meeting rooms of their headquarters in Prague, and once again, they placed all their trust in Ditec. Through PSNI, the International Group of Audiovisual Integrators of which Ditec has been a member for more than 2 years, it was possible to carry out the project with the collaboration of our partner KMC, based in Austria, but relatively close to Prague.
MEETING ROOMS DESIGNED AND INSTALLED ACCORDING TO INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
Ditec and KMC worked together to provide customized solutions for the new office space, centralizing all arrangements so the client had a single point of contact.
This collaboration resulted in three fully equipped and integrated meeting rooms with an intuitive presentation solution and video conferencing systems connecting employees in the new Prague office with their counterparts around the world. Ditec designed and specified the project with the various AV solutions, and KMC was responsible for integrating and commissioning all systems.
The larger meeting room features a projection system consisting of a high-brightness Epson Projector and an electric projection screen integrated into the false ceiling, which helps maintain the room’s aesthetics. In addition, to provide the room with flexibility and ease of use, it has a Barco ClickShare CS-100 wireless presentation system and an EXTRON MLC 62 RS EU control panel that manages all AV equipment.
In terms of dimensions, the second room is intended for videoconferencing, and has a Samsung 85″ professional monitor, LED 4K Ultra HD, installed on the wall with support from the manufacturer CHIEF, suitable for large screens. The Polycom Group 500 video conferencing system, a standard in most of the client’s meeting rooms, was installed below the monitor with an accessory integrated into the same bracket.
The third room has a flexible solution for presentations, as equipment such as the Samsung 75″ monitor and the Barco Clickshare CS-100 wireless presentation system are integrated into a mobile stand.
