History
We began as a family business founded in 1996 with more than 25 years of history. We are now recognized as an undisputed leader in innovation in audiovisual solutions and services across different professional areas.
1996
Ditec Comunicaciones was founded as a family business, with only three employees in a small office in Barcelona.
1998
Ditec began diversifying by offering audiovisual equipment rental for events complementing the integration services.
2010
AIS joined the group as experts in medical live broadcasting and simultaneous interpretation headquartered in Madrid.
2013
Ditec joined the Congress Rental Network, an international alliance specializing in conference and simultaneous interpreting solutions, as the member for Spain.
2014
Ditec expanded exponentially thanks to its clearly differentiated Services and Solutions divisions, one for rental and another one for integration.
2016
Rebranding. New corporate concept, with new areas of specialization: video communications and medical solutions.
2018
Ditec joined another international alliance, PSNI, which is made up of the best AV integration companies worldwide. Ditec is the only member in Spain.
2019
Leaders in operating room integration in the Spanish market. Audiovisual equipment and medical broadcasting solutions.
2021
Ditec Group was created. A new structure made up of different companies with their own specialties and markets.
