Nuestro enfoque internacional hace que pongamos a disposición del cliente un contrato de soporte y servicio integral más allá de la instalación, y es que contamos con un sistema avanzado de ticketing para la resolución de incidencias de forma remota y de servicio post venta para partes y servicio de reposición (RMA’s) de equipos dañados.

Our international focus means that we make a comprehensive support and service contract available to the client beyond the installation. In addition, we have an advanced ticketing system for remote incident resolution and after-sales service for parts and service of replacement (RMA’s) of damaged equipment.
