From Home
These days, it’s critical to make sure employees feel comfortable in their workspace. This solution allows employees to reserve one of the work tables in a specific office before leaving home.
Office Entrance
Once a table is reserved in your workspace, the employee will arrive at your office. The welcome screen greets the user and informs him about any information, weather, time, etc.
Welcome Area
If the employee was unable to reserve a work-from-home space, the kiosk located in the welcome area makes it easy to choose and reserve a desk to work during the day.
Elevator Area
The screen located next to the elevator reminds employees and visitors of the meetings and the spaces for them, including instructions so that each one knows which room to go to and how to find it.
Break and Coffee Area
During the working day, it is common to take a coffee break. In this space, we find a screen with information that is updated every day, to keep employees up to date with relevant news.
Reserved Work Area
Upon arrival, the reserved desk is free and ready for use. A sensor in each one of them changes from green to red, visualizing the availability of your work space.
Dining Area or Canteen
When it is time to eat, some screens in the canteen show the menu of the day, rotating between relevant current news or the weather, creating an interactive space where workers can contemplate and stay informed.
Meeting Rooms
During the day, the employee can receive an invitation to a meeting, allowing workers to communicate privately and without interruptions, as well as make reservations and see when they are available since the screen outside the room notifies the occupation of the participants and all the necessary details.
Back Home
Before starting the journey home, an information screen gives indications about traffic, also showing public transport schedules or the weather.
