New Audio, Video, and Control System for the Audiovisual Remodeling of the Meeting Room.

Ditec Communications has carried out the technical remodeling process of Softtonic’s meeting room since the audiovisual equipment had become obsolete, and they needed a new audio and video solution, especially for videoconferencing in the cloud.
The Shure ceiling microphone system was proposed as the best audio solution. With the SHURE MXA910 model, video conferences can be executed in the cloud without the need to use handheld or desktop microphones, achieving a cleaner, tidier, and more functional space that will allow workers to be more effective in their meetings. Thanks to its installation and position, it is achieved that all users present in the room can speak, and their voice is captured perfectly. In addition, this audio solution has also included Shure MXN5C speakers, which give coverage to the entire room to follow the video conference clearly.
Regarding the video solution, the AVER CAM520 PRO camera was chosen, which allows closer shots of the attendees, as well as adapting to the brightness of the room for a correct capture of the images.
The entire room is connected to the Extron control system, thanks to which users can manage the entire audiovisual system, from turning the system on and off, as well as controlling the movement of the camera and microphones.
