At Gestamp’s headquarters in Sant Esteve Sesrovires (Barcelona), the client has requested the integration of a meeting room to be used as a space for meetings and videoconferences.

New Videoconference Room
Ditec Communications has worked on improving the audio capture system in the meeting room of GESTAMP, with the aim of avoiding problems of noise, echo, and poor capture of the voice of the attendees. In addition, the aim was to allow calls to be made with any videoconferencing platform from the attendees’ computers without the need for wiring.
To achieve this, Ditec has evaluated various options, and finally, the room has been equipped with desktop microphones and ceiling speakers with the latest DANTE audio technology. This technology enables high-quality, low-latency audio transmission over an IP network. All AV systems have been integrated with the room systems and configured to allow working from any computer via wireless connections.
With these enhancements, the meeting room has a high-quality audio system that enables smooth and effective communication during meetings and videoconferences. Users can easily connect from their computers without the need for cables or adapters, making the system easy to use and accessible.
