Client description
The client, a company that has recently moved to a new office in Barcelona, had the goal of enhancing collaboration, communication and productivity. They were looking for cutting-edge audiovisual (AV) solutions for their recently inaugurated offices.
Client challenge
The client needed versatile AV configurations adapted to the different spaces in their Barcelona offices. These spaces included a multi-purpose area, small meeting rooms, breakout area and a standard office workplace area. In addition, they needed a digitalised system for room booking in all areas.

- All Hands Space:
– Description: A multi-purpose and versatile area designed for presentations and video conferencing.
– Related technology:
- Dual large format displays on mobile stands
- Shure Microflex wireless handheld microphones
- Ceiling speakers with subwoofer
- Logitech Zoom Room with TAP IP for zoom session control.
- QSYS audio and video equipment: DSP, encoders, decoders, etc.
- iPad control for perfect space management
- Meeting rooms:
– Description: Small meeting spaces equipped with Zoom Room functionality.
– Related technology:
- Interactive touchscreens
- iPad for Zoom session control
- Games Room:
– Description: A designated area for relaxing and playing, with the option of Zoom sessions.

- Large format interactive touchscreen
- Office workplaces:
– Description: Standard office workplace area.

- Wall mounted displays with digital signage.
- Room reservation system:
– Description: All spaces described have iPads at their entrances for room reservations.

- Intuitive interface for quick and easy reservation
- Integration with existing scheduling systems
Result
The client successfully transformed their Barcelona offices into modern, collaborative workspaces equipped with cutting-edge audiovisual solutions. From dynamic presentation spaces to interactive meeting rooms and entertainment areas, each environment was optimised to enhance communication and productivity.
