Ditec was responsible for the audiovisual and language infrastructure for an institutional event organized by the European Commission at the Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Enterprise in Madrid. The event
The event brought together institutional representatives in a high-level meeting room, where it was essential to provide:

The solution
Simultaneous Translation
Professional, soundproof interpretation booths were installed, allowing the interpreters to work under optimal conditions throughout the session.
The booths were strategically placed to minimize visual impact without compromising visibility or audio quality.
Conference System
The entire institutional panel was equipped with an individual microphone system for each participant, ensuring:

Wireless Microphone Systems

From the control room, Ditec’s technical team monitored the following in real time:
