At the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies‘ event, we facilitate multilingual communication. Our real-time interpretation solution and integration into videoconferencing systems stood out as essential elements.
Multilingual communication at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies
During September 13, 14, 15 and 18, Ditec Comunicaciones was leading an event with double impact at the Center for Political and Constitutional Studies where the main demand was to make communication in this multilingual event more fluid.
At this event, we put our interpretation equipment into operation, which included interpreter booths and infrared receivers in the room. Thanks to this configuration, it allowed attendees to listen to the interpretation in real time, which made it easier for everyone to participate regardless of their base language.
One of the standout features of the project was the ability to provide separate audio signals for each interpreted language. This means attendees were able to easily integrate interpretation into their Webex video conferencing systems. That is, being able to follow a conversation in your language while others do so in different languages, a truly inclusive experience.
At Ditec Comunicaciones, we are proud to have contributed to the success of this event, ensuring that messages were transmitted clearly and accurately, regardless of the language of origin.
