Inauguration of the HM Madrid Río University Hospital
HM Hospitales inaugurated its new Hospital Universitario HM Madrid Río, located in the Arganzuela district, and Ditec was in charge of turning the event into a memorable and perfectly executed occasion. The aim was to offer attendees a unique experience and to guarantee impeccable media coverage, with a live broadcast on Tele Madrid.
The solution:
To do this, at Ditec we designed and implemented a complete technical display in a marquee set up especially for the occasion. Our team provided:
- Professional sound: High-quality equipment that ensured crystal-clear audio both on-site and for live connections with generalist channels.
- 60” perimeter screens: Ideal for broadcasting the highlights of the event and keeping all attendees connected to the ceremony.
- Impact lighting: We designed a special lighting system, highlighting the stage area and the corporate lettering, generating a modern and professional visual environment.
- Large photocall: A perfect space to capture official photographs and generate content for the media and social networks, reinforcing the HM Hospitales brand image.
In addition, we coordinated the live broadcast from Tele Madrid, giving the event an even greater reach and living up to the expectations of an event of this relevance.
