At Ditec, we take care of all the logistics of the event, communication with the speakers and attendees, audiovisual content production, and the technology management necessary to carry it out successfully.
Hybrid Event Broadcast
This broadcast of an event in Hybrid format consisted of a plenary room with in-person speakers, followed by a division into four smaller rooms of different specialties (Hospital Pharmacy, Internal Medicine, Rheumatology, and Nephrology), which were in person and through Zoom. These events are a great way to combine the best of both worlds: the interaction and energy of a live audience and the accessibility and flexibility of streaming online.
Once the technical visit was made and the plenary room had a good sound and video quality to be able to transmit the audiovisual content clearly, Ditec made sure that the in-person speakers had everything they needed to make their presentations, such as a conference microphone and a reference screen to display the ppt content.
Regarding the rooms of different specialties, again, they were equipped with everything necessary to carry out the presentations effectively and for remote participants to have access to Zoom and participate virtually.
