54 Urology Course of Fundaci贸 Puigvert,聽consisting of聽capturing and live retransmission in full HD聽from four operating rooms, two of them simultaneously. The surgical procedures were followed live on a large screen at the Crowne Plaza Hotel (Barcelona), where doctors could follow the operation live in full HD and ask questions聽to the experts聽directly to the operating room.
The streaming has been realized with optical fiber instead of satellite, which reduced significantly transmission costs of the signal.
